What Mike said of the piece :  “This is my first experiment with upcycling materials in this way and one of my first attempts to create movement with sweeping brushstrokes. I’m often teased by the fact that while I didn’t see it at first, there is apparently a ghostly face in this piece. Now I can’t unsee it.”
