Post-Flight

This is my second effort to recreate the motion discovered in "Flight" and a little more successful.

Here I aimed to see if I could capture the frenetic elation that bubbles up inside me every time I've flown. There's something rewarding upon landing, like a carnival ride well received.

As I worked towards the end of the piece, it began to feel like a water landing, which I've never experienced.

I have an overactive imagination though and was sure the mist I was feeling on my face was paint.
